How the monthly cashback works
Our loyalty cashback pays 10% on net deposits made since the player's last bonus or withdrawal, calculated over one month. It only applies once deposits made in that period exceed £100, and the maximum payout per claim is £500. Cashback is never credited automatically — we require a request through live chat or email, and the account balance must sit under £1 at the time of claiming.
Wagering and timing
Once approved, the cashback carries a 15-day validity window and a 45x wagering requirement applied across slots, sports and mini-games, with bets capped at £20 each counting toward it. Live casino play does not count. The maximum withdrawal from this cashback is capped at 5x the bonus amount, so a £500 cashback credit allows up to £2,500 to be withdrawn once wagered.
Sports wagering only counts on accumulators with two or more events at odds above 1.5, and mini-game cash-outs below 1.3x are excluded, along with Dice, Plinko, Roulette, Limbo and Blackjack. Weekly VIP cashback by rank
Separately from the monthly loyalty cashback, our VIP Room pays weekly cashback on the previous week's net deposit loss, settled every Monday with a minimum payout of £5. The rate rises with rank: Caporegime earns 4%, Underboss 6%, Consigliere 8%, Boss 10%, Godfather 12%, and Don 15%. Below Boss rank, this cashback still carries wagering requirements and a cap; from Boss upward, it is paid wager-free, meaning withdrawals are not restricted by a multiplier.
Doncoins and VIP Mafia Points accrue at 1 per £50 wagered, halved while a bonus is active, and this activity determines rank progression toward higher cashback tiers. Live casino bets, certain slots and mini-game cash-outs below 1.3x do not count toward points.
